Inuit tobacco board and pipe

Inuit tobacco board and pipe.

Evidence
This pipe has a wooden stem, stone bowl and copper fittings. It was the type made by Inuit before pipes were commercially available. However, the wooden plate is post trade when plywood crates may have come into the Arctic. A cutting plate like this one was used to grid and cut materials that were being used for tobacco.
